How these times are calculated
The times for Kazakhstan use each city's latitude and longitude with the Muslim World League method (Fajr 18 degrees, Isha 17 degrees). Asr is shown at the Hanafi time by default, which is later than the standard time, and the Shafi time is given beside it.
