Halq or taqsir
What is permitted after I shave or cut my hair?
Once the hair is cut, every restriction of ihram is lifted. Brothers may wear ordinary clothes, you may use perfume and cut your nails, and your Umrah is complete.
Ihram is lifted
Do it after Sa'i and within the boundary of the Haram. Until it is done you are still in ihram, so take care not to put on scent or ordinary clothes first. Barbers are found outside the masjid near Marwah.
Your Umrah is complete
Thank Allah for it and ask Him to accept it, and keep the state of your heart as you kept the rules of ihram. Most people finish in two to four hours. See how long Umrah takes.
