ihyaus sunnah

For sisters

Can I wear a niqab in ihram?

The face is not to be covered by anything that touches it. If you wear a niqab, use a cap with a peak or a visor that holds the cloth away from the skin.

The rule

The face is not to be covered by anything that touches it. The intention is the same as for brothers, and you recite the talbiyah quietly.

A cap with a peak

Sisters may wear stitched clothing, socks and shoes, and a cap with a peak that keeps the niqab away from the face. Add it to your packing list.
