ihyaus sunnah

For sisters

What if my period starts after I finish tawaf?

If your period begins after you have finished tawaf, you may still complete Sa'i, since purity is not required for it. Then cut your hair as usual.

Completing Sa'i

Purity is not required for Sa'i, so go on to Safa and complete your seven laps, then shorten your hair to leave ihram.

If it starts during tawaf

Tawaf requires purity, so ask a scholar about your exact situation. See Umrah during a period.
